Our Vision

By 2028 we will have sold 4,500 vehicles to happy customers who think of us anytime they buy or sell a vehicle. Every time a customer leaves our store, they will feel as though they were treated fairly, with realistic expectations set before they even came through the door. 

Our customers will be pleasantly surprised upon entering a small, family-owned business where they are treated like “real people”. They will regularly compliment our professional yet laid back and easy-going style of doing business. 

Negotiations will always be handled fairly based on transparent market data. We will make every attempt to buy 100% of our vehicles directly from private individuals (without the use of wholesale auto auctions). When customers who are selling want more than we can offer, we will kindly explain to them our rationale with empathy, make useful suggestions to help them sell privately, and suggest that if anything changes in the future we will be happy to revisit purchasing it.

When reconditioning vehicles, we will ensure any outstanding safety issues are addressed 100% of the time. Otherwise we will address mechanical and cosmetic issues to ensure that we are presenting a clean and operable vehicle we are proud to offer the public.

Through our friendly yet thorough closing process, customers who buy vehicles at Northside Auto will always have clear expectations about who’s responsible for future repairs on their vehicle and will always be offered the opportunity to protect the vehicle when applicable. We will communicate clearly, thoroughly and professionally with customers during each communication.

Brian Pisor is the co-owner and strategic force behind Northside Auto’s growth and innovation. After joining the dealership in 2019 following a successful corporate career, he led a major shift from traditional auction buying to private-party acquisitions—securing a coveted partnership with Kelley Blue Book and boosting profitability. Brian continues to focus on multi-channel inventory sourcing, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability, playing a key role in launching profit centers like service and F&I. A big-picture thinker with a passion for process, he applies the Traction EOS system to keep the business aligned, agile, and growth-focused.

Wendy Pisor is the founder and owner of Northside Auto, one of South Carolina’s top-rated independent dealerships. What began in 2010 as a side hustle flipping a few cars has grown into a thriving, female-led business known for its transparent, no-pressure buying experience. Without prior industry experience, Wendy learned every aspect of the business firsthand—from acquisitions to finance—and led Northside to become the only independent dealer in the Upstate partnered with Kelley Blue Book’s Instant Cash Offer Program. Her leadership has shaped a team with nearly a century of combined experience, a unique Vehicle Buying Center, and a loyal customer base built on trust and service.
