I spoke with Brian, initially, to discuss the selling/trading process. Unfortunately, they didn't have one of the two vehicles I was looking to purchase yet they were still interested in purchasing my vehicle. I scheduled my appointment for that same day to drive there for them review my vehicle and was advised they would have a ride home for me if the sale was successful. I worked with Andrew once I got there they reviewed my vehicle physically, the also reviewed it online to make sure they were able to offer me the best deal. Within an hour, I had my payment in hand for my vehicle and was then given a ride to my home. I was absolutely satisfied!
